Weights training and u need to balance it with Some proteins, carbohydrates and good fats.
For proteins u can have Egg Whites, Fishes, lean meat...
Have whole grain cereals and lots of vegetables and fruits for the carbohydrate content....
U'll find dry fruits and nuts to be the excellent source of good fats. Especially, almonds are an excellent source....

Push ups weights. That'll help.

vegtables and exercise are the key. Meat does not do anything for you. But vegtables, and fruits are very important. EXCERSISE and you will see the imrovement
