quicktime wont download :{?

this is the message i get when i try to download quicktime can someone please help me fix it what do i do i havent been able to watch quicktime applications online or download it how can i fix this problem is it something in the registry thats missing and how can i get it back

Look in Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs for Quicktime. If it's there, remove it and re-boot your PC.

Then, go directly to www.apple.com and download and install Quicktime again.

HINT: Don't use the previous download, it's likely corrupted.
