have a computer "windows vista compatable", but graphics drivers won't work?

This sucks! I just got Vista, and the screen looks all out of focus and washed out. 3D wont work. I looked into the problem, and I found out that my NVIDA GeForce Go 6150 card isn't compatable with Vista by default. So...I downloaded the nVIDA driver installer. AND THE DAMN THING SAID THAT MY CARD WASN"T COMPATABLE AT ALL!!!! But I just got this computer (a laptop) several months ago, and it was clearly marked "windows vista capable". In fact, I got Vista upgrade for free when i bought the computer. please help me

Time to call customer support. The manufacturer may have an answer for this already.
