is there another way to say: I love black men? because some people think its wrong to say that
im not white, but im not black either so i sound weird saying that, not that i care...because i dont think thers anything wrong with calling black people black just like there isnt calling white people white but some people (especially whites) think im being racist when i say black people are hot it makes no sense
i think the white people that say that are racists because their basically saying calling someone black is wrong because its ugly...thats the vibe i get from them

No there’s nothing wrong with calling someone black haha. Whoever said that is a complete idiot. I'm white and I've never met a white person that felt that way about the word black. I've always called them black it's alot more efficient then African American. I think some whites get uptight about race though because we are always the first ones to be accused of racism. I think it's really the opposite though its completey okay for a black comedian to make fun of white people. But you would never expect a white person to make fun of a black one. I think racism with black and whites is really a non issue. All racism in the US at least is directed towards Arabs and Mexicans.

There is nothing wrong with it when used in that way. I know of no one who would be offended by that. But, honestly, there are few cases where refering to someone's race is even neccessary. The only time the term African-American makes sense is on census forms or other American population based statistics. Since your sentence is based entirely on looks, it would immediatly make skin color relevant and could apply to any nationality. "Black men" would be the only all encompassing word that makes sense.
Fear of using the word "black" to describe African-Americans goes back to the 1990's political correctness years. (e.g. We no longer use the terms American Indians or Eskimos either). Although, with good intentions, many of these corrections may have overdone it and gave the impression that previous terms were considered more offensive than they really were. But, just as Irish-Americans can be refered to as white, I'm sure it is acceptable under most circumstances to refer to African-American's as black.

its not wrong. they are black men, so black it is. dont bother with the ones that think its wrong, they do cuz they are probably racist and trying really hard to overcompensate for it. i love black men too, and white, and red, green, all people

It's much like calling a Lexus a Lexus. It is exactly what it is, and we actually prefer you use that term.
