non injury. right hand keeps pulling downward.
does not respond at all. upper arm feels tight and numb up to the elbow.

i'm going to have to second that, go to the Emergency Department as soon as possible. if it is a stroke, the doctors can reverse the damage the sooner you get it checked out. my 30 year old cousin just had a stroke and had similar symptoms, please go in immediately!! don't downplay the symptoms.

It could be a lack of circulation, try and shake it to get the feeling back. It also could be a sign of stroke, get checked out by a doctor right away.

Call 911, or 999 and get yourself to the emergency room ASAP, you may be having a stroke.

A Stroke is a definate possibility, and not worth waiting on, if you were my patient I'd transport immediately.

Call 911 immediately, they will take you to ER, and you will not have to wait- they will be treating you until you arrive at hospital.

if this is something new to you, get to the ER for an evaluation. it is not normal to have this problem.
