Can anyone tell me, How can you Share a dial up connection with a wireless Mac using a PC?

There are several regular routers that will allow you to connect an external modem as well as a broadband but I cannot remember which. It is a feature to allow one to fall back to dialup in the event ADSL or Cable goes down.

if you go to the properties of the dial up connection.(right click on the connection click properties) there should be several taps i can't remember which one it is but one of them, i think the advanced tab has the options of sharing a connection.
