It was about time, and his eyes became white as well as his skin for a few days. And all of a sudden, he stopped and hes back to normal, without having shed.

I have a boa that actually sheds about 2-3 weeks after his eyes are milky. The other snakes all shed within a few days after their eyes are milky. Make sure he has a humid hide or give him a bath or put a larger tub of warm water in the enclosure with him about half full.

Your Ball Python ( like most other snakes) usually take 2 or 3 days after their eyes clear before they shed. If it has been longer than that period of time, I suggest a warm water soak for 30 minutes or so ( water temperature between 80*-90* F). This process softens the skin and makes it easier to be removed.. Ball Pythons often have a problem shedding when the humidity in the enclosure is too low or they are unable to soak in their water bowl

If his/her eyes just went back to clear a day or so ago, give it up to 3-5 more days for it to shed by itself I would say, as some of my boas go quite a few days after their eyes clear again before sloughing off their skin finally. Short n sweet, I wouldn't worry just yet if I were you :)

it always depends on how old nthey are. it also is always different if its time then it should shed soon. they only shed like 3-4 times a year.
