It's a male singer around 40, in the MV, he is with a little girl. There's a lyric something like " That's an angel pour out the rain..." I'm looking for this song for a long time, but I know the lyric is not completed, anybody can help?

Sounds like "Help Pour out the Rain (Lacey's Song)" by Buddy Jewel. I have linked to the CD in the sources section. The complete lyrics are as follows:

Buddy Jewell sings it, it's called Help Pour Out the Rain (Lacey's Song). And the lyric there is, "And do you think that God could use another angel to help pour out the rain?" That's a really sweet song :)
