It could just be that you are over stressed lately. Stress can have an effect on everything in the body, and it's always a negative one. Although it might be something like endometriosis which will cause terrible cramping and menstrual problems. It is best to get yourself checked out when things go wrong like this. Get a call in to whoever does your pelvic exams and get a pap smear and check up. Knowing what is going on will give you some relief and they can probably give you something to help with the problem. Don't just wait and continue to suffer mentally and physically until this ends. You won't be doing yourself any favors by doing that. Please call your doctor and get a check up.

Sometimes pms symptoms are worse than other times. I will sometimes have cramps on and off but just dull ones and it won't start til a few days later. Then other times it just randomly starts w/o any symptoms. You just never know. If it doesn't start within the next few days I'd call the doc, though.

I've had my breasts be sore about 1-2 weeks before my period in addition to getting ovulation pain.

As for being two days late, that could indeed be stress related but I would recommend that you see your dr about this to be on the safe side.

Better get a pregnancy test. And make an appointment with an OBGYN. could be an e-topic pregnancy. Or mass. Even a womans clinic should be able to help. If no insurance.

I suggest a home pregnancy test. If that is negative then your hormones may just be out of kilter.

Are you sure there is no chance you might be pregnant? Also how old are you? Could you be starting peri-menopause?
