You didn't forget your question...you asked it. . . You asked..." What was my question ?" . . . That was it.
You also asked . . . " Guess what "...which IS a question...yet you put no question mark at end of that. You DID put a question mark at the end of the statement " I finally have a serious question ". That was a statement...not a question...So, why the question mark there ?
Maybe on another question you can ask " Where is the proper placement of "exclamation marks ( ! ) and question marks ( ? ).
