the escape from the Berlin wall museum, touch the real Berlin wall. seeing a tornado form almost across the street from where we lived.
biggest thing cool for me and a miracle as well is .......
a book that was stolen in 1996 and sent to a thrift store years later, where a friend worked who had a list of books i was looking for to replace or add to my collection, recognized the title, bought it for me. he didn't know til after i got it that it was my book, proof was, a stamp. i was stationed at a base in Germany that stamped property in their library. they sold some of the books i bought this was back in 1990. they
stamped the inside cover of the books. he didn't tell me he sent that book. we got it in the mail in 2001, because i have sense left that state which he lives. we opened the box and before my husband even opened the book to see the stamp i knew it was mine. i told him to check pages i marked and the stamp inside.
the book title was
encyclopedia of fairies, gnome, hobgoblins etc. a book which is very hard to find today.
