i think, personality and looks are considered by many..,but most women actually look for a man whom they can count on at all times, someone who understands them , someone they can talk to..and makes them feel special even just in simple ways..

Sociologist have repeatedly observed that women from one end of the globe to the other are attracted to wealth and power. Likewise, men are attracted to a youthful appearance and a nice body.

In order of importance to me-
How well he treats me.
Faithfulness.
Honesty.
How well he treats his parents/grandparents.
Personality.
Friendliness without being too flirty with other women.
Makes me feel safe and protected. (military men +++++)
Common interests. (this can develop over time)
You'll note good looks aren't in that list. They aren't important to me. A lot of good-looking men are vain. What's important is inner beauty.

he has to smell good (not too much), and be able to carry on a conversation, strong, fun...i dont know, it really depends on the man, just be yourself, have fun.
