if you have a list or something that needs to go in order, make up some riddles for it. that helped me on my science quiz today. and if you have terms, try to look for similarities on the definition and the word. read your notes over and over again and have someone test you before the real test

1. Know what you're being tested on. Take all the mini assignments (worksheets, study notes, etc.) from your class and have them all at hand (most grade school kids have their sheets all in a folder, so that shouldn't be hard at all).
2. Look over everything, trying to think about what might be on the test. Put stars or a mark on that information.
3. Make a study sheet on the computer. Type up the questions and write the answers underneath them. You might also want to research your topic. You can find lots of information about your topic on wikipedia.org. if you'd like to use this information, the best thing to do is to print it. Once you've printed it, highlight and take note of what you've collected that might be on the test. You can either study this information, or sum it up by typing a report that includes everything that you think with be on the test.
4. Go to a quiet place where you know you won't be distracted.
5. Study these questions over and over again until you are sure you know them perfectly, so perfectly that you even remember the questions.
6. Quiz yourself inside your head, going over the questions and answers over and over. Do this step everywhere, while eating, while going on the computer, before going to sleep at night.
7. Make up an song that is going to get stuck in your head about the information. Its a easy was to know the information!

There are different ways of learning. Visual--draw a picture or a graphic organizer for your notes. Audio--read them aloud, talk to someone about what you learned, put it into a song, etc. Kinetic--act out something that you've learned. Perhaps check out a video from your local library about the subject. Try to make this something interesting to you--it sounds like you're putting up a mental block that you need to overcome--by saying that you are stupid, you're giving yourself an excuse and are already setting yourself up to fail. Instead, think to yourself that you can do it, then think of what could make this subject interesting to you and do it. Good luck!

umm.. just try ur best.. i would rather suggest u 2 read the book and only study notes which r extra or the extra stuff the teacher gave u and is not in the book.. 'coz the book explains the stuff a lot better than the notes and most of the teachers make the tests from bookz..:D:D

Start reading the notes, make some study notes from them, type them if you have to, keep going over them. And in the meantime, get the heck off the internet!

go over the notes, after that go back and highlight the stuff that is most important or something you'll most likely forget, then have someone test you or create a test for yourself and take then go over the answers, that is what i do and it helps me
