Spring will begin March 21, precisely at 00:07 (7 minutes after midnight) GMT. This means that for most of the world, spring actually begins on March 20.
You don't say where you live, so I can't tell you what time that is in your time zone. But I will convert that for the four continental U.S. time zones:
