No, it does not exist. Here is the U.S. Treasury site with the answer to that. But, the second link has an image of a fake million dollar bill for fun.

No there is no 1 million dollar bill .. the largest bill in the us is currently the 100 dollar bill. The largest ever printed i nhistory was the 100,000 dollar bill.
The present denominations of our currency in production are $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. The purpose of the United States currency system is to serve the needs of the public and these denominations meet that goal. Our present currency in circulation satisfies the public at large, and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has no plans to change the denominations in use today.
Question What was the largest currency denomination ever produced?
Answer The largest denomination of currency ever printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) was the $100,000 Series 1934 Gold Certificate featuring the portrait of President Wilson. These notes were printed from December 18, 1934 through January 9, 1935 and were issued by the Treasurer of the United States to Federal Reserve Banks only against an equal amount of gold bullion held by the Treasury Department. The notes were used only for official transactions between Federal Reserve Banks and were not circulated among the general public.

There are not currently any $1 million dollar bills, according to the US Bureau of Engraving & Printing. (Check the link to the "large denomination" section.)
http://www.moneyfactory.gov/section.cfm/5/42
A direct quote from the page:
Currency notes of denominations above $100 are not available from the Department of the Treasury, the Federal Reserve System, or the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. On July 14, 1969, the Department of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve System announced that currency notes in denominations of $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $10,000 would be discontinued immediately due to lack of use. Although they were issued until 1969, they were last printed in 1945.
There are also none listed in the "no longer in circulation" category: http://www.moneyfactory.gov/section.cfm/5/61
