I've never heard that you can stimulate your menstrual flow by eating lots of parsley, ginger and vitamin c or gently massaging your uterus. I'd call the place that you got the emergency contraception pills from or a pharmacy and ask them what to expect. They should know better than anyone.

Hey,
take it from someone who's taken the E.C. twice:

You may experience a bit of spotting during ovulation as a result of the E.C.s, however that is also a sign of pregnancy.

Your actual period can come one week early or one week late.

If it is getting late but you think you are not pregnant, you can help stimulate the flow by eating lots of parsley, ginger and vitamin c and gently massaging your uterus.

Otherwise, take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, take another one a week later just to be sure. Pay attention to your body and DO NOT STRESS because stress can delay your period.

edit: parsley, ginger and vitamin c are called emmenagogues, which means they help stimulate menstrual flow.

It won't paintings once you're already pregnant.. It think of it quite is each and every thing.. stable good fortune :)

I would not only take a pregnancy test, but would also visit your local GP and be tested for
stds, (sexually transmitted diseases), but on the bright side your period should come on time all going well, please be more careful, you never know who has slept with whom and what disease they are carrying, like clamidia, no symptoms but can cause infertility later in life, I hope all turns out well for you, but again, please be more careful, Goodluck!!!
