CONGRATS ON YOUR PREGNANCY!!!

you cant get the breath right nasel strips if it is that bothersom to your family... it is normal however to start snoring once we become pregnant.

Swollen nasal passages may be at least partly to blame for your midnight melodies. Higher levels of estrogen during pregnancy contribute to swelling in the mucous membranes lining the nose and can even cause you to make more mucus.

You may be able to help control your snoring by sleeping on your side rather than on your back and elevating your head slightly.

Well, I'm not a doctor, buuuuuuut:

Have you gained any weight? Excessive fatty tissues in the nasal and throat cavities can cause you to snore.

Position. Are you sleeping in an unusual position now that you are pregnant? Certain positions can cause you to snore by relaxing the throat area....

Foods. Have you introduced or increased a certain type of food into your diet? Maybe a lot more dairy? It's a culprit of many ailments.

Just some ideas to think about. Hope it helps. And CONGRATULATIONS!!!

A lot of women experience nasal and sinus problems while pregnant. It has to do with the increased blood supply during pregnancy. It is very common and easily remedied. Try breathe rite strips. Once the swelling in your nasal passages recedes the snoring will stop. And Congratulations!

Not to worry. I was already snoring before I became pregnant, but since my third month I started to get REALLY loud, almost to the point that my husband sleeps on the couch. For most women I guess it's pretty normal.

It's probably due to the extra weight you are carrying now, so it should go away after. Also, make sure you are not sleeping on your back. That's the position most people snore in, and being this far along flat on your back is not the preferred sleep position.

The GoodLife Company sells a product you strap on your wrist call the "Snore Ender". It is supposed to be guaranteed to stop your snoring.

Pull "Goodlife" up on your browser and see what it says about using it during pregnancy.

i don't snore but my husband says i make like little grunting noises. like huffing almost while i'm asleep. which is more likely caused by all the pressure.

your snoring may be caused by excess saliva/mucus. with your body producing more it just may be the culprit.

With both my children you couldnt even tell I was pregnant unless I was naked. I only gained 10 with my first and 15 with my second. I ate normal and healthy just stayed active. As long as your uterus is growing you are doing fine.
