Don't you think you are far too young to be proposing to girls? 13 year olds just have good pals, not girl friends. That's at least what I think. You should give yourself such time as you are an adult and sufficiently mature. The ideal age should be 18.

propose? you are only 13, you haven't even held hands, kissed, or anything else yet. How can you propose, what are you going to do if she said yes? You have no means to support her, where are you gonna live? I am sure her father is going to greet you with a shotgun the next time he sees you and he is going to ground his daughter until she is 18 if she said yes.

The only way that you can get married under the age of 13 in alot of states is parental consent so you may wanna ask them or start with asking her out and date her until you at least 18

I would ask her out on a date first. You may find out that you do not like her as much as you think you do. Then wait until you are around 25 to get married. Have some fun before you settle down.

everything might match at this age but over a period things change circumstances change and thoughts change give some more time before proposing, as both of you are alike your mental vibe is alike you have found a new happiness and peace, so continue as friends and give lot of time to each other.

NO!!!! It's puppy love. Don't propose until you're good and ready to make a lifelong promise. I wouldn't even consider it until you're done with your highest schooling that you want to achieve. If a girl wants to be with you enough, then she'll wait for you.
