I really dont think there is anything out there for that i think you have to see the dr cause they check them for cancer and things cause if the mole has changed colors it could mean cancer so go to the dr get it checked and removed safley it wont hurt they numb it and use lazer no scar

Moles are a type of skin cancer. Go to a doctor if you want them removed.

moles can't be removed at home.
go to a parlour
dont take the risk of doing at home

I've heard you can smother them by taping over with duct tape ,
But on the face, you might want to do it when you did not have to go our for a few days.
