Currently on www.britneyspears.com, there are messages sent from her fans right next to her picture. I need to know the NAME of the font used on these messages and where I can get it. I think I saw this in the MS word at work PC, but I don't see that on MS word installed on my PC... Help!!

Extract the file to you windows\fonts folder and then you'll be able to use it.
