° is ALT+0176 (you hold down the ALT key and then tap 0,1,7,6 and release the ALT key) (and make sure NUMLOCK is on or it won't work).
if you have windows, you can find these codes in a program called Character Map. To get to it: Start Button>Run.. Type charmap
the codes will be in the lower right corner and the graphics sometimes change based on the font.

Type a small letter "o", then in word, you may have in the toolbar the superscript symbol, if not, highlight the "o", go to format, font, and check superscript. But for the next letter, you will have to go back into that and remove the check beside superscript. Good luck.

Click start, click all programs, click accessories, click system tools, click character map. You can find everything you need and will be able to change the font also. This is very easy to use.

I would agree with the character map one. It is the easiest option.
