And in several of the earlier episodes, when he doesn't have his sword. I can't remember any of the exact episodes.

he turned into a demon for the first time in episode 43: called
Tetsusaiga Breaks, 45: Sesshomaru Wields Tokijin, 52: The Demon's True Nature, and 54: The Backlash Wave: Tetsusaiga's Ultimate Technique.
and of course i can't forget that in the second movie: Castle Beyond the Looking Glass. also the third movie: Swords of an Honorable Ruler.
i do believe he turns into a demon in the last two episodes, or maybe just the last episode, i can't remember.

I believe that the very first episode where he changed was "Inuyasha's Soul, Devoured". Also, he started to change in "Use te Sacred Jewel Shard, Part I and Part II". Hope it helps some.
