i have good video card ATI x650..some thing like that a very good 3D it can run hardcore 3D games ..so can i run windos vista Vista Ultimate ?

Yes, in theory it should run very well with the Aero Glass enabled. I would however start think of saving for a directx 10 card as the X650 or X1650 are only directx 9 cards and Vista supports directx 10 graphics cards.
