HE SAID OUTER SPACE. Read the question. The earth imaging satellites orbit directly outside the atmosphere, not millions of miles away in outer space. Outer space is the area outside of the asteroid belt, which lies between the orbits of mars and jupiter. A satellite this far away from earth would have to have some damn powerful optics to see your house with any sort of detail.

Google Earth is awesome. But when you say view, as in watching it live, I dont think you can do that.
