Always being the one to compromise and give in. I guess I just thought that was my way of making the relationship work. Looking back...I realize he just used and walked all over me.

I started acting like his mother. Stayin on his tail about his grades, his job and all of that. Years later the man needed me. He became a gambler a drunk and now he's broke with no real job.

Hey , mine would be staying with him , i was 16 and engaged to him he graduated and went to the marines when he came back to visit he was ok but when he came back from getting hurt he became abusive and i should have left but couldnt find it in my heart too untill i got smart .abusive men suck and i did nothing wrong

getting myself to wound up in the guy and the fact that he was my sister in laws brother (yeah me and my brother dated a sibling set) now my brother is married to the girl and i cant escape the guy hes at every get together (and i researched there is no title between us so its not freaky or incest, its just odd)
