Fought to stay by my daughter's side. Instead of being a Disneyland Dad who just cut a support check and spent time with her every other weekend, I fought and spent thousands for the right to do things like read to her at night, play with her, stay up all night when she's sick, hug her when she got an
award at school and the million and one other things (both good and bad) that a parent does.

The best thing I've ever done, was tell a world renowned pediatric orthopedist that he was not going to amputate my sons foot. He was two months old at the time and there was no way I could make that decision for my son. Of all the decisions I have had to make for him, this one wasn't mine to make. I got a second and third opinion about the situation.....and it was really the best thing I've ever done. I was told he would never walk.....he does.....he runs too! I couldn't take that away from him!

Ummmm....let me see. Had my son would be the best. Got married to an awesome guy has to be up there. The list goes on and on.
A friend of mine would tell you that the best thing I have done is stopped to help a stranger that was in a serious car accident. To me that is just something most people would do.

Believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
Give birth to my son and daughter and raise them with love and joy --and see them become wonderful young adults.
The next best thing right up there is to ask a question here on Yahoo! Answers, and end up falling in love with the man who answered it. We have gotten together several times, are meant for each other completely and totally , and I will move this summer to be with him always.

I think that would be running away from home and living on the streets when I was 14. It was so much fun. Met a bunch of fun people with fun ideas. They taught me how to sleep under the bridge and eat out of trash cans. That was a summer to remember.
