when does this movie come out with good grafics and subs on youtube???

It probably will be a while.
It first has to come out fansubbed before it is uploaded onto youtube.
So far none of the major fansubbing groups have subbed the movie yet, which is why it isn't on youtube yet.
Since the movie has been out for a while , I would think they groups are working on getting a copy of the raw movie and subbing it. (usually it takes months after the movie is released for a fansub to show up)

a couple of months probably
just look at the third naruto movie, it came out last august and the subbed version still hasnt been uploaded yet
