What may be a some good answers for me to tell my interviewer if she ask how long will I stay with the company and why should she hire me? All i know is that i'm reliable, but to me it seems like more is need. Especially for a store like Target i'll really appreciate some help.

Q- How long will u stay with d co.?
Ans- Till the time I am getting work of my interest & job satisfaction..also its imp for me that my employer is satisfied with my work...

Q-y shud i hire u?
Ans- becoz i have all those qualifications & reqrd exp which is needed in this job.(add lines frm ur side abt ur previous exp.)coz u didnt mention the field in which u r wrkg..

The best thing to tell her is that you are always going to strive to make Target the best place for the customers, and that if you stay as long as you would like, it would be for a very long time. Just make sure that you don't look too nice, or she'll assume that you're going to continue to look for a better job, but don't look too messy or she'll think you're not going to take your job serious.

Be neat and clean. Hair, nails, clothing.
Dress neatly, in a non distracting way.
Relax, be yourself.

Tell her you're impressed with the fact that no customer has to wait to be checked out., their stores are so clean, etc.(blow some smoke her way)

Stress you are dependable, like working with people, and learn quickly.

If they ask if you'd take a drug test, just say "sure!" If they say they run a background check, act like, "go ahead."

Re" how long will you stay. Let them bring it up,and say if you like it you'll be there a long time.

Go get "em.
