are you sure that they don't have your password? I would change it anyway. what some scammers do is get you password by offering a tracker or some sort of myspace gadget that you want, then they have a program that signs onto your account and sends bulletins and posts comments to your friends. They also sometimes put a code in your profile to cause other people who visit it to have problems like trojans. So go thru your profile and be sure there is no code there that you don't want. The reason I know about this stuff is it happened to my friend and I helped her to fix it. Never give out your password, if one of the gadgets says that it needs it then it is a scam.

Hurry up and change your password someone "A Hacker" got a hold of your URL if you change your password this will stop them... Go to view all bulletins and on the far right you will see "Bulletins I have Posted" click that and you will see all the bulletins that were posted by you delete any bulletins that you did not post so none of your friends will click on them and get their URL stolen too... I too am a Myspacer and this is a common thing they don't have your personal info just your URL so they can use it as a port to send out fake stuff...

Good Luck !!

I know what to do, Login to your myspace account go into the profile of who is exploiting your picture if you know his name. Then Copy his URL and Email address and send it to the administrator and write a complaint note of him.

And he will be banned.

Always there to help you........

See ya.......

in accordance to the recent "regulations" of facebook or words and stipulations, they own all of your human being pictures in case you signal in or agree, which i'm guessing you probably did because you bypass on facebook... I recommend looking for a criminal specialist as they did not ask your permission... sturdy success

Report them to MySpace. Ask them to splice your pictures and encrypt your pages. They will do that for you.
