Wow this is the biggest question I have seen yet! Okay I will tell you I do not work for an oil company but, here on some thoughts that I would use to creat my answers. I hope this helps.
1. My ideal job would have to be something that challenges me and pushes me to do my best and challenge myself. I also want a job that I can advance with and a company that I can work for a long time. I also want a job that has great people in which strong work bonds can be formed and a great team created.
2. I chose this career because.. I like to work with my hands. I enjoy travel and challenges or working with diffrent cultures. I wanted to work in an industry where I could make a diffrence. I wanted to be outside doing something I loved. You get the idea...
3. I would like to constitnly learn new things and grow as a person and with the company. I would also like to achieve high standards for myself and the company. I also see my self advancing in many different aspects of my career.
4. By working hard, advancing my education, dedicating myself to my work and my goals. Always trying to reach those goals with hard work and determination.
5. Yes I can work under deadlines and pressure in fact I am a very level headed person that enjoys the challenges of these times. I try to stay organized so that when things like this happen I can be the best prepared. I also understand what stress does to my team and know even under stress we must respect each other. Here is a sistuation that happened to me that had a deadline/pressure and this is how I handled it...your answer here.
6. Be sure on this one not only do you state the repercussions but also what you learned from not meeting the deadline and how you changed because of not meeting it. Always try to add a positive/learning experience to a neg.
7. Yes have them on hand and provide them when requested. It also helps to have letters of refrences from past employers/sups/ bosses/ coworkers ect...
8. Tell them why the change to grow with a great company, good benefits, one of the top employers ect.. you need to research what the company has to offer.
9. Because I can do this, I am willing to do this, I am trustworthy honest hardworking and I know this about the company and that is why I want to work here and why I feel that I am the best canidate for the job.
10 Tell them I work here this is what I do ect.....
11. This is up to you be honest how soon can you get there are there any important dates you must be at, do you need to sell a house and recolate? Be honest best policy and better for you and the new company
12. You have to research these know what they have open what you are qualified for and tell them I would also try to find more than three just to show you took the time to find out about the company, even if you do not have the degree but think you can do the work tell them why you think you fit that job even if you do not meet all the requirements.
13. Give them what you have and can you put it all on the app anyway!
14. Yes or no and what is your status in the current country you are working in. Are you on a visa ect....
Well I hope this helped good luck with the interview and or new job!

Answers to most of the questions are very personal and individual - you can't apply what is good for me for yourselves especially in a serious setting like job interview. I think you should contemplate realistically on your own and arrive at an answer. If the interviewer is smart enough, he will dig deeper and discover that the whole thing was a farce to begin with.
