Gendou.com is the best. Register and you could get into forums, chat room and download a variety type of anime. Now it got a new section where you could download anime episodes.... It is so cool!!!!

I know this website that used to be a Final Fantasy fansite. Now it's used for game and anime mp3s (and more). It's called Galbadia Hotel. It does not contain any music from the Square Enix games.

It wuld depend on the anime (Japanese Cartoon) some have very wierd english names like YOU so such it would be hard to find because u would find other english songs with YOU
but i reccomend LimeWire and Morhpheus
