Just so people know...i live in California, I was onlt talking if you warrent a pay raise as I was informed in my last review where I scored almost perfect in all areas and the company has a annual of $45-50mil which is a 23% increase over last year and has had increases od 10% or more over the last 5 yrs.

I believe the average is somewhere around 3.5%.

I do not know where you live, but in the US there is no 'standard' increase and I for one think that is great. As a business owner, I surely would not want to have to give a raise to someone who's performance does not warrant it. As an employee I would not want a raise if my performance did not warrant it.
Also, as an employee, if my performance did warrant a raise and I did not receive it, I love knowing I would get that raise plus by moving to a different company. I also love that it would tell me more than I could learn otherwise about that businesses upper echelons. Sometimes what a company doesn't do speaks more to their 'character' than what they do.

It's between 3 - 5% depending on the size of the company you work for.

No less than the annual rate of inflation.
Now, if you co is hurting, just be glad to get anything, and if nothing,.be glad to keep your job.

Standard, 5-6%%%. assuming there is no promotion.

should? peoples pay should increase the same percentage as the utility percentage increase is, insurance increase, all that. i dont know about you guys, but im getting POORER!!!!

its a fairly small percentage, i think around 6% or so?

If ur talking about minimum wage i'll say $1.00-1.15 am my right?
