At our school they have this schedule thing for basketball, but i wanna know for the people that have worked out and have had sucess. Which machines work best for getting faster/quicker and jumping higher.....

Would Squats, Leg Press, or Calf Raises do best?

This way sound stupid but true cause i'm a example... I didn't know how to jump correctly off my strong leg/foot. Your good with the excesies your doing but you need to get under a basket and jump till your legs get real tired. I would jump and touc the backboard about 10 times in a min and then the next week 12 then 15 and on and on you got to do things like that and you will learn how to jump higher in order to get better and dunk... Now i can't dunk but i can grab the rim like cake, you know.

Keep tryin' you'll get it.

All three would be very instrumental in making you both faster and quicker and able to jump higher. I recommend rotating the three in a different sequence every day for the first couple of weeks - then doing one or two of them three days a week. And don't forget the upper body - you'll need the upper body strength "down low" in the paint.

And don't listen to the "old wives' tales" about girls who lifted weights and got all "muscular" and "masculine-looking". As a woman, you don't have enough of the right hormones to cause you to gain a HUGE amount of muscle. You will gain some but not a great deal. Your clothes will fit better, and you will even slim down a lot.
