Is there anyway one can preview a torrent file?

while downloading it?

The only program I know that allows such a thing is Shareaza. There is a preview file option, that constructs a preview video file containing the fragments of the Torrent you are downloading.

You may have to stop the torrent download in order to preview.

Nope, If you want to preview a movie some torrents has a preview file, but most of the time you cant

go to your unfinished or incomplete folder of your downloads and open it
