What is up with EBAY? It won't let me post an item!?

I've gotten everything typed out and I'm signed it, but it won't let me list an item...I click on the "save and continue" button, but it doesn't do anything.

you have to register with a credit card on file so you can't rip people off & scam

are you sure you are signed in?

also, what is the item? is it a "DESIGNER" item?
