I can think of four reasons not to do it:
1. It could be painful, especially if there are complications. Your teeth are very sensitive. Any problems that occur are going to HURT. If it comes loose. If it falls out. If you bump it. Ouch.
2. It is an expensive process that serves no purpose. Think of all the useful or fun things you could do for all that money!
3. It is tacky.
4. It is not going to make your smile shimmer. It is just going to distract from all your other qualities. No matter what you do or how you look, all anyone is going to notice is that blasted diamond in your mouth. If you do it, I hope you like being stared at.
Otherwise, sounds like a great idea! :-p

My wife is a retired hygienist, she used to have to deal with all the diamonds and gold inlays people at the health center would put in their teeth.
They don't take care of their teeth and then they get cavities and wind up loosing the tooth with all the work done on it.
Another pet peeve, while you have me going. All those people were on welfare and living in public housing. How is it, they can afford the diamonds to put in their teeth, but can't afford to rent an apartment, or get a job?? It's our tax dollars that are paying for this, it's time to stop the give aways and let people have some pride and learn to earn what they want.
I'm done now, but it is a sore spot.

nay! I don't think one diamond on one tooth would make that much of a sparkle or impression on people. Now if you were to do all of the front top teeth that show, that might be worth it. But then again the singer Pink had that done and ended up having them removed.

I wouldn't but it's totally up to you. I guess it more or less depends on your comfort & career level. For instance, if you are a manager or in a high up position, I don't think clients would want to deal with someone that has diamonds in their teeth, unless of course you're in the music business, then bling on my friend, ha ha. Good luck to you in whatever you decide.

SO i think the idea is tight BUT it will get annoying after awhile what i suggest is to go to target and buy those fake bling things like the little gems or fake diamonds and when ever you feel like being cool or something lol take one and put it on your tooth then later take it off
easy as that 8)

Honestly, it depends on your teeth already. Because if you don't have pretty teeth... you should go ahead and get your teeth fixed before you put the diamond in there. However, if you have nice teeth then, I don't see a problem. :)

Explain that to your Grandchildren! Or all of the Tattoo's too! You kids need to think of your future, and not just, 'TODAY'! All of the fun you are having 'Now' will be payed for 'Later'! It is up to you, for sure! Just 'THINK' first, then decide! Good luck! XO
