Informatioin Needed about CAT exam (IIM)?

Well, Now i am in Degree 2nd year.. Many are saying that Cat entrance exam is an difficult exam so to start preparation from my final year itself. Is it true?

I want to know abt this Cat exam.. I want to join in IIM(indian Institute of management).

Any one Please give me Full details abt it.
