I'm not sure if your having menstual cramps or leg cramps but,for menstral cramps try not to eat foods like chocolate,sodas,and try a warm pad on tummy.For leg cramps try and reverse the leg cramp by stetching leg straight out.

stretch abdominal region (fetal position type stuff) and do some exercise....running or walking is great. Also if you want to save some cash, boil/heat water and put in water bottle...cheaper than heating pad, place on stomach and bend your knees till they touch your chest while you place your bottle on your lower abdomen

what i would do i would take some motrin or something take a heating pad and put it on my belly roll over on it and try my best to go back to sleep and it ventually worked, sorry if i cant help but good luck

If you dont have your period maybe your getting it. Drink some hot coco or hot weter, hot soup. Hot something!
Get a pillow put it on the cramps.

Having an orgasm usually works for me, it helps my cramps AND helps me sleep. I say masturbate.
