i am with a union so i'm trying to get my job bvack and they are conducting an invwestigation. the family of the patient did not complain until 3 weeks later . if you saw someone taking a cup of coffee and said nothing isn't that the same thing as condoning it?

No, it isn't condoning it. Obviously it bothered them even if they didn't say anything to you at the time.

Silence is not the same as condoning it. Maybe they were just afraid to say anything directly to you, didn't know what you might do.

yeah they weren't condoning they were just afraid to say something to you but they felt you couldn't be trusted so that's why you were fired
