These viewers are the same people that think TNA and WWA wrestling is real.

Now I understand why Fox and O'reilly have their popularity

A Gabbi -- if Cnn and other stations are full of crap, then Fox is really scraping the bottom of the barrel

I always hear that same arguement -- that fox is the most fair and unbalanced.
Thats there motto that they repeat over and over,so much that its brainwashed too many people.

Anyone who really believes fox is fair and unbalanced, really needs to take one look at the C-span hearings to see how FOX turns everythign around or just wil not report it.

O'Reillys no SPin zone -- means you cant spin anything there -- when in fact David Letterman punked him and called him an idiot on Lettermans show.

And O'reilly couldnt argue that!!!

So for those people that are brainwashed as I myself once was--when in the military I would watch FoxNews all thetime.
And when I got out.

Until I saw what they reporting and how they reported it.
Then I woke up!

They have mastered the art of "info-tainment". They boil things down into easily digestilble little sound-bites. They also innundate their viewers (conservatives) with what they want to hear, and love to play the mud-slinging game. People enjoy that, which says a lot about the efficacy of our school systems. Fox also supplies plenty of little catch phrases like "fair and balanced" and they bill themselves as the true american station...people are easily convinced these days, what can I say?!

If you want some REAL brain candy...head over to Olbermann, that man actually has something to say and uses vocabulary that is above the 5th grade level.

Well, I myself am quite an intelligent person if I do say so myself and I like fox news. I am by no means rich but I am a conservative and of course I agree to everyone to have the right to voice their opinion exactly how they feel. I do believe fox news tries to show that there is a liberal bias in most print and televised news now days and I believe there is. I think that fox news covers both sides of a story and you can choose what you believe from that. I think they are a good news station.

well... see the real TRICK here is... if you look at the actual ratings and the NUMBER of people that watch...

Bill OReilley pulls down about 3 million viewers on average... last time I looked...

so that's about 1 percent of America that watches him...

but more people do watch him than watch the other stations...

that's the trick... NO ONE REALLY watches the news... that's what the ratings clearly show more than anything else...

mix that fact with the fact that Fox has no competition for conservative based news... and that's why they are No. 1 in cable news ratings...

also... if you look at it... it's just "CABLE" news that they dominate... many more people, around 7-9 million, watch the network "liberal bias" news...

so be careful when you listen to them say "most watched news"... because networks get about 2 to 3 times more viewers on average.... than their highest rated show, which is O'Reiley...

Do you have proof that Fox News has the same audience as TNA & WWA (whatever they are)? Of course not! Do you know that more LIBERALS watch Fox News than CNN? Of course not! Why let facts get in your way!

I watch Fox because they come closer to being fair and balanced than the other networks. On most other networks all you hear is the left wing side of things. There is hardly every anyone on there that is allowed to express a right wing opinion. People smart enuff to recognize biased and slanted coverage pushing an unpopular agenda migrate to Fox becuz they feel it expresses their own views and feelings better, and it is less irritating to conservatives.

Um I dont believe that information is accurate. Is there a chance that you heard that FOX News was so popular on FOX News? I mean that would make a whole lot of sense to me.
