In either choice you are of course given all the latest amenities and staff to cater to your needs.
In a mansion you get beautiful grounds, privacy,25 rooms to turn into your personal playground of self expression and you would be availble to your family and friends all year round.
In a Super Yaught, you get the advantage of privacy out on the Ocean, getting to go to a new exotic location every time you stepped onto the main land. Paris, London, Milan, Morroco,Miami, these places would be your front yard.
So what is your preference and why?

Wow .. what a cool question. Before I read your description I was gonna say Mansion. But the thought of being stuck in a house just doesn't sound all that appealing. Living in a Super Yacht and getting to travel all over the world sounds Great! Thinking of all the people you'd meet, places you could go, beaches you could explore, etc. the possibilities are just limitless. Yes definitely the Super Yacht !

I would choose a mansion because I need to live on solid ground. I know how to swim but I guess you can say I am scared of water (ocean water) because I never want to go on a cruise and I hate driving over bridges no matter how small the bridge is. Traveling to wonderful countries is nice but I would rather have amenities on solid ground and pass on the exotic locations.
