The NFL schedule will be announced in early April. Last year it was April 6th. You can find out who your favorite team's opponents are going to be, but no times, dates or by week yet.
The teams are not going to sell you individual tickets, they will want you to buy season tickets. And most teams have a long waiting list for season tickets. Most teams will sell tickets via Ticketmaster around late July. This is usually the best way to get single game tickets. You will have to pay a service fee but its only going to be like $10-$15 per ticket. Availablitiy depends from team to team and opponent to opponent. If you told me who your favortie team is I could tell you your chances of getting a ticket. It is definitely worth a shot to buy tickets this way but no guarantee. A ticket broker is another way to go. They will usually mark their tickets up 2 to 3 times face value. Also depending on opponent or team popularity. You might have ok luck with a broker if your team isn't too popular or has very inexpensive seats, that way the mark up won't kill you. Scalping at the stadium on game day is not neccesarily illegal. Its only illegal in some states to sell over face value and in some states they will designate a certain area for the scalping to be conducted at. It all depends on the state your game is in. Cops are looking to bust the sellers, not buyers. And if you wait until after kick off you can probably buy a ticket from a scalper at face value or lower. It does pay to reserch the laws in your state just to be sure. It all depends on how bad you want to go to a game and what lenghts you want to go to to get a ticket. In my personal opinion its defintely worth it.

The only sure-fire way to get good tickets at good prices is to go through the team. A ticket service like TicketMaster will work too, but their service fees can be huge. Going through a ticket broker is not smart, because they charge through the nose and you can easily get scammed by them. Definitely don't go through a scalper either, because that's illegal and you could go to jail just for wanting to go to a football game.

the schedule is already out for all teams i don't know how to get good ticket prices.

the schedule hasnt been put out yet they just have the teams different opponents for the upcoming season posted on websites.
