I never knew it was supposed to be able to retract until I was in my teens because I've never done it before. I think because of that, I can't do it now... What do I do?? I don't want a circumcision.
When I am having sex with my girlfriend, I end up moving my penis up and down inside my foreskin rather than against the walls over vagina and she hates it and says it's worse than a man wearing a condom. I feel so embarrassed :( Please help me!!!

Congratulations on not wanting to be circumcised. Don't worry about your problem, because it can be cured.
What you need to do is stretch your foreskin opening. The best time to do this is when you are in the shower under some nice warm water. Insert two fingers inside your foreskin and gently stretch the opening. Try to do this a few times a day, and never to the point of pain. Then try to slide your foreskin back.
After doing this for a week or two, I bet you will be able to retract your foreskin easily. Then, get into the habit of retracting your foreskin every time you urinate. This will keep it nice and flexible and ready to retract during sex.
Other options are a surgical snip to loosen the skin, and creams that a doctor can prescribe. Do NOT let a doctor convince you to do a circumcision. It is only money in his pocket, and you lose a large number of nerves in your penis.
They really should give an instruction book for the operation and care of your equipment....LOL

Erm sorry man, Dont be embarressed lots of boys have a tight foreskin, she shouldint say that to you.
She should want to help you. If she wants to help with it, she could suck it gently, keeping it wet & try to ease it back with her fingers and mouth slowly, thats if she cares enough about you & your thing.
I had some problems too, I asked in the gay section, thats where I got the best answers, erm I was worried about my size 5cm soft 12cm stiffy im 14. Now im not so worried im ok.
