There's a few ways-you can take the T to south station and take the providence line or take greyhound or the shuttle bus from Logan to TF green (not sure if this is free). I bet if you ask around thier is some sort of service. My friend use to go that way to get to the Casino but i'm not sure what mode of transportation she took.

I believe you can take a bus out of Union Station to the Bonanaza Terminal in Providence and then transfer to catch another bus into TF Green.

OR

Knights limo or Worcester Airport Limo

Haven't tried it myself, but Knight's Airport Limo is a pretty popular option from this area to TF Green. Check the MassPort website for more options from the Worcester area; a lot of them also shuttle to TF Green. Personally, I drive myself there all the time.

You may take a regular bus or even the commuter rail train from Worcester to South Station then transfer to a train to Providence and lastly transfer to local service to TF Green. It sound complicated but it's not.
