It is short, upbeat, give an end date/last day. Tell them you appreciate the opportunity to learn the business at company XYZ (the company you are resigning from).
Just know that even though giving 2 weeks notice is considered standard business practice, it is not unusual for a company to send you packing the day you resign. It really depends on the company.

Just make your letter very business-like and straight to the point. No need to give any reason, as that could be held against you in the future.
Just mention that you are submitting your resignation, and when your last day of work will be.
That's all. Do not elaborate any further ( at least not in writing), you can do so verbally if you'd like but its still not advisable to burn your bridges when you leave a company.

Apply the KISS thoery: Keep It Short & Simple. Let them know that you have decided to pursue other opportunities and what date you are leaving, giving at least two weeks notice if possible. You can thank them for the experiences you have gotten working for them if you want. Companies like to know why you are leaving so they know what they need to fix to keep employees longer, but how much you tell them is strictly up to you.
