Usually around this time i be feeling bloated and have really bad cramps. i was feeling bloated and gassy, and had cramps this past week. Usually they come same day as my period. i need some advice.

Im not sure what birth control methods you use, if any, but, yes, I would say that you very well may be pregnant. If you are generally on schedule, but are 3 days late now, and had an unusual period last month, that is indicative of being pregnant. The best thing to do is take a test, of course. By now the level of HCG (hormone produced by women during pregnancy- picked up in urine home pregnancy tests) is enough so that a positive or negative test should be accurate. It could be something else....if you just stopped taking birth control pills, that could affect your cycle...even stress can cause you to be late. But the most common reason is pregnancy, and whatever the reason is, an appointment with your gyno is necessary. Good Luck!

implantation spotting is a sign of pregnancy. This, however, is just a few brown spots during your ovulation. If you were bleeding heavily last month, you were not pregnant. If you have had sex between now and then, see if you have any of these signs:
sore breasts or nipples
frequent urination
nausea or vomiting
These, however, can also be signs of impending menstruation.
If it's not too gross for you, put a finger in your vagina and reach for your cervix. It should feel like a noose with a little hole at the end at the very end of your vagina. Does it feel kind of hard like the tip of your nose? Does it feel like the tiny hole at the end is somewhat open? If so, your period is probably on the way.
If you are still concerned, take a home pregnancy test. If you do not have access to one, visit your local sexual health center or even the hospital who can give you a test for free.

If you've been having sex, then sweetie, you could be pregnant. Just take a test and get it over with. If your period is already late, it should be accurate. It'll at least ease your mind. If you get a positive, go ahead and go to a free clinic so you can discuss your options and start getting proper care for your baby. Best of luck!

If you had sex around 2 weeks ago, then sure you could be pregnant. Take yourself down the chemist or supermarket and grab a prenancy test, you'll know in about 3mins if you are or aren't. Theres not much point to sitting around wondering, take the test and you'll have your answer.

You could be, take a home preg test. If it comes up negative wait a few days to see if your period comes. If it does not take another test or go to the doctors.

I would say since your late, take a pregnancy test. Maybe your stressing yourself worrying which is causing you to be late. I would say if you had your period, you're probably NOT pregnant.

Your not pregnant. If you are then there is definently something wrong!!! Take a home pregnancy test then consult your GP. I don't think you are pregnant, just something is wrong with your women bits.
