i want to do it in hotel but it i do it in any other companies will it make any diffrenve if i wanna do job in sales and marketing in hotel after completing my mba

If you're certain you want to work in hotel/hospitality, I would suggest you do your summer intern in a hotel. Many prestigious hotel corporations offer internships to MBA's that lead to corporate level full time jobs. Harrah's has such a program.
