I received the following email from Yahoo customer care today. Looks like everything will be ok.
"Hello Tim, Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Sports. The official PST countdown is appearing with your time zone. It is just a display error, the draft is just fine. We are investigating this issueand will make any appropriate corrections as soon as possible. We appreciate the time you took to write in, and whenever you have further questions or comments, please email us again. Thank you again for contacting Yahoo! Sports. Regards, Bruce"

When you set up your yahoo acount you must have put in the wrong city/time zone you currently live in. Go to your Yahoo Profile and change it to your correct time zone.
