I can't say that I have ever had a manwich. But in grammer school, for school lunches we had sloppy joes with tater tots.

The last time I had sloppy joes was probably in middle school. MMmmm, that's sound good right about now, I'm hungry. And I love tater tots, especially when they are extra crispy.

Oh my goodness...a very long time and no I don't think I had tater tots with it. Although I do have tater tots in the freezer now, to go with hamburgers tomorrow.

I did put potato chips on the sandwich though !!
HOWEVER, the Lawry's sloppy joe's in a packet are MUCH better !! you brown ground beef, add the dry packet and some tomato paste ... YUMMMMMMM ... better than Manwich

man, I have not had those in decades! Thanks for recalling those memories of me and my family sitting around the table chomping down those Sloppy Joe's and laughing about how much of a mess we were making, I'm gonna ask my wife to make some this week and share those memories with my kids! but I can't get tater tots where I live (Shanghai)

Sloopy joes and tater tots are my 15 yr old daughters favorite meal. We had it about a month ago, so I guess it's time to have it again.

The last time I ate sloppy joes was after I read the story of how Sloppy Joe's became what it is today:
A butcher named Joe owned a diner with his wife, whom he loved dearly. One evening Joe came home to find his wife having sex with his best friend. Joe went crazy finding out about their affair this way. He yelled and screamed and during their heated argument, Joe killed them both. He disposed of the bodies by chopping them up and sending them piece by piece through his meat grinder.
The next day, Joe called his dearly departed wife’s parents and the parents of his ex best friend and invited them to dinner at the diner. There he told them that the two cheaters had run off together and left him a note telling him she wanted a divorce and that she and his friend were to be married.
Joe served the uncomfortable and confused parents their dinner. Ground meat in a special sauce on a bun. The meat had a unique flavor, one the family had never tasted before. His mother-in-law said "This is delicious, but its kind of sloppy, Joe."
Since then, Joe started selling Sloppy Joes at his diner.

Over the summer when I was visiting my mom. Yes we had tater tots! They were so good!

I ate one the last time I was single.Tater tots suck.I hate to admit I really like that crap,the sloppy joe that is.
