The Racoons, Transformers, She-Ra, He-Man, Fraggle Rock, Jem, The Little Prince, Alvin & The Chipmunks, ALL of the Scooby Doo's (there were at least 5 I think), Chip & Dales Rescue Rangers, Mighty Mouse, Ghostbusters, Slimer & the Real Ghostbusters, Rainbow Bright, My Pet Monster, Flintstones, G.I. Joe

Nickelodeon - You Can't Do That on Television 1979 - 1990 Couple others were Shows like Pete and Pete and Salute Your Shorts not sure on the years.

the new adventures of Zorro, StarBlazers, Robotech and Battle of the Planets ( that could be a 70's one, not sure), Voltron, Thundercats, shall I go on?
edit: I forgot about Jem and shmoo! I LOVED shmoo! I used to watch "Fred and Barney meet the Shmoo!" (ah, the Flashbacks!)

and how the disney channel only came on for the weekend a few times a year, otherwise u had to order it
